Fiat Stilo Slipping clutch Service and Mot

I road tested the Stilo as the customer complained of a rumbling noise, well there is a burst water main on our street and with minus 1 celsius not a great combination, so i had to drive through it to make any headway and when i accelerated  i thought that the wheels were spinning away, but once i hit a dry patch i realised that it was the clutch slipping and the rumbling noise is the exhaust flexi downpipe is broken. So its now on a ramp with it gearbox out and having the full works.

Lancia Fulvia

New front discs and pads now fitted complete with the beautifully reconditioned brake calipers. All bled with fresh Dot 4 and handbrake adjusted. Road tested and already a massive improvement, they will only get better once we fit the new tyres and bed the brakes in.

Fiat 500 Engine

Just finished fitting Daniels freshly built 650cc engine, sounds lovely and quiet. No more oil press light for Daniel

Fiat Abarth 850 TC Body now stripped of paint and filler

The 1963 Fiat 850 TC Stradale  Body shell has been completely stripped of all the paint and filler. We had made and fitted a brace to make sure that the body did not distort during the stripping process which would render it useless. It is now ready for repairing, we are going to renew the floor pans, sill panels and inner sills and repair the other areas of rot. Once we have completed the repairs, we will return the shell to have it coated in thermal zinc 

Alfa Romeo GTV 3.2 powder coated suspension

Alfa Romeo GTV 3.2 V6 , the Blue beasts Yellow powder suspension arms are ready to fit, with their Powerflex bushes , we are now waiting for the yellow Konis to fit the matching blue powder coated coil springs. All this to compliment the newly powder coated calipers
